Wholesale case orders and subscriptions

Wholesale case orders and wholesale subscriptions include free standard shipping. Subscription orders are prepared according to the cadence selected at checkout.

Retail and smaller orders

Retail and smaller orders use calculated shipping rates at checkout. Available carrier options and final shipping costs are shown before payment is completed.

Processing time

Most orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days. If there is an inventory delay or address issue, we will contact you using the information provided at checkout.

Delivery estimates

Delivery times depend on the destination and selected carrier. Most Canadian and U.S. deliveries arrive within 3 to 8 business days after fulfillment, but remote addresses, customs processing, holidays, weather, carrier delays, and other events outside our control can extend delivery times.

Free samples

Approved wholesale sample requests ship free within Canada and the United States. Samples are intended for gyms, teams, clubs, studios, and facilities evaluating Goat Chalk for repeat supply.
